ORDERING SAMPLES


Samples are available for most of our industrial products, including fabrics, tapes, ropes, tubing, yarns, and threads.  To request a sample, fill out our sample/quote form. You can also use our Product & Data Sheet Search to find out if we carry the specific products you are looking for.

PAYMENT TERMS


Newtex accepts major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.  All orders are subject to credit approval.  Payments are due Net 30 days from date of invoice.  Open accounts are also available upon request and are subject to Newtex credit approval.

MINIMUM ORDERS


Orders of less than $250 are subject to a $50 service charge.  Newtex sells products in full rolls and case lots only.  For smaller orders, please contact us to find a local distributor. Newtex may require a minimum order quantity for custom products.

FREIGHT TERMS


All shipments are sent prepaid-and-add to invoice, unless other arrangements have been made.  Drop shipments will be made under the same terms for authorized distributors.

 

DELIVERY


Standard stock items are generally shipped within 1 week of order.  Standard items that are not in stock are generally shipped within 2 weeks of order.  Custom items are generally available in 4 to 6 weeks. Please confirm delivery estimates with customer service.  Newtex may be able to accommodate rush delivery subject to an expedite charge.

CUSTOM PRODUCTS


Newtex can offer custom solutions for your unique thermal management and fire protection needs. Minimum quantities and set-up charges may apply.

REPAIRS AND RETURNS


Newtex products are guaranteed to be free of defects in workmanship only. Newtex reserves the right to determine whether any product is defective, and will repair or replace if appropriate. Newtex will accept returns on standard stock products within 30 days provided they are in good condition and in original packing materials with applicable tags. Please call Newtex Customer Service for a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) prior to shipping a return.  Returned goods will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return freight.
