Zetex & ZetexPlus Tapes
High temperature insulation, lagging, and gasketing
Woven from highly texturized DE and G glass yarns, Zetex and ZetexPlus Tapes are used in a broad range of applications including gasketing, lagging, insulation, and encapsulation. They can be easily wrapped around water and steam pipes, hydraulic lines, and auto exhaust. An overspray process preserves texturization in fabrication and use, and since they are made from inorganic materials, they won't smolder or produce hazardous outgassing. Zetex Tapes support temperatures to 1000°F. ZetexPlus Tapes are treated with a high temperature coating to dissipate heat across the surface of the material and increase temperature resistance to 2000°F.
Typical Applications: Gasketing, Insulation, Maintenance, Packing, Sealing
Typical Industries: Architectural & Construction, Automotive & Transportation, Foundries, Glass & Casting Operations, Gasketing & Sealing, Insulation & Lagging, Military, Defense & Homeland Security, Petrochemical & Refinery, Power Generation, Process Equipment, Shipbuilding & Marine
