High Temperature Protection

Glove and barZetex and ZetexPlus gloves and mitts provide excellent protection for high temperature applications in steel mills, foundries, and manufacturing plants. Use Zetex gloves and mitts up to 1000°F (593°C), and ZetexPlus gloves and mitts up to 2000°F (1093°C).

Gloves feature a choice of wing-style or straight thumb design for improved dexterity and a comfortable fit. All mitts come with straight thumb. See Glove & Mitt Product Features.

Gloves come with a choice of gauntlet or clute-style cuff. Mitts come with gauntlet cuff only. See Glove & Mitt Product Features.

 

CHOOSE FROM THE FOLLOWING:
f SINGLE PALM GLOVES
Zetex and ZetexPlus single palm gloves are made to a standard size in three lengths: 11-in. (279mm), 14-in. (355mm), and 23-in. (584mm). A small size glove in the three lengths also is available.

DOUBLE PALM GLOVES
To lift hot and heavy objects, we recommend Zetex and ZetexPlus double palm gloves. Available in 14-in. (355mm), and 23-in. (584mm) lengths in standard size only.


SINGLE PALM AND DOUBLE PALM MITTS
Zetex and ZetexPlus mitts are available with single or double palm. Available in 11-in. (279mm), 14-in. (355mm), and 23-in. (584mm) lengths in standard size. Reversible double palm mitts for extra wear are available in 14-in. (355mm), and 23-in. (584mm) lengths only.


d OVERMITTS
Use our 9-in. (229mm) Zetex overmitts (single or double palm) to extend the life of Zetex and ZetexPlus mitt palms in high abrasion and high temperature environments.


HAND PADS, FINGER COTS
Hand pads are made from Zetex or ZetexPlus with leather palm. Pads attach to hands via a strap. Zetex finger cots are shipped in a package of 12. Hand pads and finger cots are ideal for handling hot or cold items in laboratories when gloves or mitts are too bulky for the job.
