Chief Executive Officer
Jerry Joliet
Jerry became CEO in 2006, taking over for founder Bal Dixit. Prior to joining, Jerry held senior management roles with leading CPG and High Tech Companies. He started his professional career as a Nuclear trained Submarine Officer in the US Navy. Under his leadership, Newtex has grown organically and through acquisition. He enjoys hiring smart people with initiative and curiosity and watching as they deliver amazing results for customers worldwide.
Senior Director, Textiles
Jeff Moorman
Jeff heads up our Textile business unit and joined Newtex in 2024 upon completion of our relocation to High Point, NC. He brings more than 25 years of textile experience from a leading US weaver, and has experience in weaving, planning, and plant management.
Director of Sales & Marketing
Lindsey Cooper
Lindsey has been with Newtex since 2015 and is a highly organized, results-driven Sales exceutive. She known for surpassing sales targets and enhancing operational efficiency. She excels in leading high-performance teams, providing strategic coaching, and driving significant revenue growth.
GM Fabrication; Director of Engineering & Sourcing
Scott Gregorio
Scott is the General Manager of Newtex's Safety Apparel & Fire Containment units, and the Director of Planning & Sourcing. Scott has more than 35 years with Newtex, having served in almost every role within the company.
Senior Manager, Coating & Lamination
Aaron Freeman
Aaron is the Senior Manager of Coating & Lamination and heads the team in Victor NY. Aaron has also had managerial roles in our fabrication and weaving operations. He joined the Newtex team in 2018 as a Quality & Control Lab Technician. He is an experienced ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor, Research and Development Tech and Cryogenic Test Technician.
Sourcing & Site Lead
Darrin Smith
Darrin is the site lead for Newtex's Rancho Cucamonga, CA Industrial Seals operation. He started in the High Temperature Textiles business in 2010 at a custom sewing shop that was acquired by Newtex in 2017. Darrin is a key member of our Sourcing team, and is chief estimator for Custom fabrication projects.
