Sturdy, Acrylic Coated Glass
Z-Shield™ C-800 midweight welding fabric is available in Black. The C-800 welding fabrics feature a texturized fiberglass fabric base and acrylic high temperature coating that protects from sparks, abrasion, and high temperatures. These midweight welding fabrics are approximately 30 oz/yd² and commonly used to fabricate welding blankets and welding curtains.
Z-Shield™ welding fabrics are also available in lighter and heavier options ranging from 14 oz/yd² to 39 oz/yd² in weight.
Z-Shield™ welding fabrics withstand temperatures up to 1000°F / 540°C.
Z-Shield Midweight Welding Fabric has been tested to the following standards:
