For nearly 50 years, our High Temperature Advantage has started with a proprietary yarn texturization process which imparts premium filament fiberglass with unmatched insulation properties. Our highly texturized Zetex yarns are then beamed, before moving into the weave room, where expert weavers create the fabric exclusively on Dornier Looms.
After inspection, Zetex fabrics move to one of three coating lines to receive value-added treatments, coatings or lamination, including ZetexPlus vermiculite or Z-Flex Multilayer Aluminized film.
