Bolt Hole Tapes for Flange Gasketing
Zetex® Bolt Hole Tape (also known as "drop warp tape") is woven without the warp yarns in the center for ease of bolt insertion in applications like flange gasketing. Zetex® Bolt Hole tapes are woven from texturized continuous filament fiberglass yarns and provide the same high temperature performance as our other fiberglass tapes. Bolt hole tapes can also be treated with ZetexPlus® Vermiculite Coating for added temperature and abrasion resistance.
Untreated Zetex® Bolt Hole Tapes support operating temperatures up to 700°F / 370°C and peak temperatures up to 1000°F / 540°C. When treated with the ZetexPlus Vermiculite Coating, our bolt hole tapes support operating temperatures up to 1500°F / 815°C and peak temperatures up to 2000°F / 1095°C. Zetex® and ZetexPlus® Bolt Hole Tapes are available with a pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) backing to hold the tape in place during installation.
All bolt hole tapes are sold in cases of 10 rolls. If you need fewer than 10 rolls, we may be able to refer you to a distributor.
Bolt hole tapes come in 100 ft (30.48 m) rolls unless otherwise noted. Custom widths, lengths, and weaves are also available. Minimum order requirements apply.
