ZetexPlus® Vermiculite tapes are premium fiberglass tapes woven from 6-micron (DE glass) filament yarn and coated with ZetexPlus® vermiculite, enhancing their heat dispersion, temperature resistance, strength, and abrasion resistance.
These Vermiculite coated Fiberglass tapes excel in high-temperature environments, supporting up to 1500°F / 815°C continuous operation and 2000°F / 1095°C peak temperatures. Three styles are available: P-1050 (1/16" thick and flexible), P-2150 (1/8" thick), and P-3900 (1/4" thick). Widths range from 1 inch to 6 inches, with or without the vermiculite coating. Wire-reinforced and bolt-hole tapes, including black options, offer additional versatility.
Standard rolls contain 100 ft (30.48 m) of tape, with custom options available, subject to minimum order requirements, and are typically sold in cases of 10 rolls, with referrals to distributors for smaller quantities. ZetexPlus P-1050 Tape is available in 1.0", 2.0", 3.0", 4.0", and 6.0" widths. These High Temperature Tapes are also available in custom weaves, widths, and lengths. Minimum order requirements apply.
