Job Description
Summary: Must be capable of satisfactorily performing one or more of the following duties; Beaming, Braiding, Inspection, Nova, Tape Winding, and Glove Turning
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- The safe operation of all equipment and machinery associated with the job requirements
- Machine set-ups and adjustments as needed
- Perform in-process inspections to ensure high-quality product
- Move and transport materials associated with the job using various material handling equipment
- Perform housekeeping as needed to maintain the equipment and a clean, organized, safe work area
- Completion of all required paperwork
- Follow directions and procedures with minimum supervision
- To perform any other reasonable request

- Ability to read, write and speak Basic English
- Basic math skills with the ability to use a calculator
Computer Skills:
- The ability to perform basic data entry may be required
Certificate and License:
- Fork lift truck certification may be required
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of the job the employee is required to stand, walk and be able to sustain good mobility for the duration of the shift
- Periodic bending and climbing may be required
- The employee is regularly required to lift, push and/or pull up to 50 lbs
Work Environment:
- While performing the duties of the job the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical products and airborne fiberglass particles
- The noise level in the environment is loud
- Items of appropriate personal protective equipment will be required
